Salon Policies
At Backstage Salon, we are dedicated to our clients and their needs, and we are incredibly grateful for the loyalty and support we receive year after year. Our goal is to provide the highest level of service to every client. However, no shows and last-minute cancellations and/or rescheduling within less than 24hrs has a significant impact on our small business.
We understand that last-minute changes can happen and are sometimes unavoidable.
We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, out of respect for our time and other clients. With sufficient notice, your deposit can be refunded or credited to your file for future use.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend, will result in the deposit being forfeited to cover the reserved time and lost business. Providing adequate notice also allows us to offer your appointment to another client, as we often have a waitlist. Please note that all cancellations must be made by calling the salon directly, as we do not accept cancellations via social media. Any exceptions are subject to management approval.
Upcoming changes to the policy from June 2026 –
We will be introducing a 50% deposit for all appointments made, aligning with our existing online booking policy. A deposit is a requirement to secure your booking, and appointments cannot be held or confirmed until it has been received.
This policy is currently being rolled out gradually and fully implemented from June 1st. It will help us better manage availability, reduce last-minute changes, and maintain a high standard of service for all clients. We appreciate your understanding and continued support during this transition.

Gift Vouchers:
This voucher is valid until the expiry date specified and cannot be redeemed or replaced after this date.
Backstage Salon is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers and is not responsible for replacing a voucher that have been lost or stolen.
Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Gift Vouchers are not valid with any other offer or special at Backstage Salon.
